It is brewed at their Garden Distillery using a Copper Pot Alembic Still. Based just across Cheshire in Warrington this local craft distillery are a fantastic example of the new breed of gins to hit the market.

THOMAS DAKIN
GIN
A classic style London Dry Gin thoughtfully made the original way in small batches in their copper pot stills, just as Thomas Dakin, the forefather of quality English Gin, made it.
​
Thomas Dakin is a classic style Juniper-Led Gin with zesty notes of sweet orange and fresh citrus, enlivened by an infusion of distinctive red cole, a savoury root botanical.
​
It incorporates eleven botanicals including juniper, orange peel, English coriander, angelica, grapefruit, cubebs, liquorice and a hint of red cole.
APOTECA HORSERADISH GIN
An interesting flavoured gin from the Honey Spirits Co.'s Apoteca range, combining their gin with horseradish. It's definitely a savoury, spicy expression, though hints of sweet juniper and citrus do poke through.

BROCKMANS
GIN
Brockmans Gin is made from the finest botanicals, this is a gin that dares to be different. Brockmans is an intensely smooth gin that tastes great over ice. The flavour of Brockmans is unique and is prepared using a very distinctive bond of flavours. There is an addition of the Bulgarian coriander which is very aromatic and gingery orange flavour with some blueberries and blackberries which gives the gin a dry, bitter sweet peel of Valencia oranges.
ZYMURGORIUM
SWEET VIOLET GIN
Zymurgorium Sweet Violet Gin Liqueur is a sweet, artisan spirit from their Manchester micro-distillery.
With a deliciously sweet, pastille taste and a strong aromas, Zymurgorium Sweet Violet is refined with over 20 other botanicals, and is equally as good on its own, with lemonade, or mixed with cocktails.
PINKSTER
GIN
Fresh raspberries from Cambridgeshire are steeped in this triple distilled spirit giving the gin a deliciously dry yet subtly smooth flavour.

Whilst juniper is the essential and dominant botanical of the five, the raspberries ensure a smooth finish. The fruitiness on the nose is balanced with scents of juniper coming through and the raspberry is gently prevalent on the palate resulting in a smooth and slightly spicy finish.
HENDRICKS
GIN
A superb, and utterly unique, pink-tinged gin from William Grant's. Infused with rose petals and cucumber as well as the normal botanicals, this is a must for all gin-lovers. In the summertime, Hendrick's makes a fantastically refreshing gin and tonic: serve in a tall glass with plenty of ice and garnish with thinly-sliced cucumber – delicious!
MCQUEEN SMOKEY CHILLI GIN
Fruity, with smoky spice appearing in the background, reminiscent of chilli flakes. Luscious fruit and citrus upfront, with plump juniper and aromatic coriander notes afterwards. Towards the end, there is a woody, dry chilli flavour with a subtle smokiness to it. This savoury flavour gradually builds on the finish.

An unusual gin from the Black Forest in Germany, Monkey 47 contains a unique ingredient. Cranberries! The 47 comes from the number of botanicals that go into this unique gin, and the fact it's bottled at a healthy 47%.

COTSWOLDS GIN
Cotswolds Dry Gin is made with juniper, coriander and angelica root macerated in their pure wheat spirit for 24 hours. Following this, they add a botanical selection including bay leaf, grapefruit, lime, black pepper, cardamom seed and Cotswolds lavender to their carter head still for distillation. To bring it down to bottling strength, a robust 46% ABV, they use naturally refined Cotswolds water.
